The CopierSecurity Toolkit

Copy machines contain internal hard drives that store every photocopy made on the machine.  These hard drives may contain sensitive data and must be securely overwritten prior to a copy machine being removed from a facility or sent out on a new lease contract.

The CopierSecurity Toolkit provides a secure deletion tool that will overwrite the hard drive to Department of Defense specifications.

  • It will completely erase all data on partitions, HPA, and DCO on the hard drive.
  • It will allow you to verify that a drive has been erased

The CopierSecurity Toolkit Dongle Licensing


WhiteCanyon Software offers The Copier Security Toolkit on a dongle license.  This license provides an individual count of wipes on The CopierSecurity Toolkit dongle. The wipes for this license do not expire and provide an XML Log File that can be saved to a USB drive on the machine.

The CopierSecurity Toolkit dongle can be re-loaded with additional wipes at any time from our website. CD and USB-bootable versions are available. Updates, Upgrades, and Support provided as long as wipes are on the server or dongle. 

Customers can buy any number of wipes and dongles. A wipe is counted at the end of each successful copier hard drive deletion.

Enterprise Updates

Enterprise procedural updates made to The CopierSecurity Toolkit usually include: hard drive, Q-Logic and Fiber channel driver additions, logging patches, and workflow enhancements.

All updates made to the software are available to current clients. These updates will be posted automatically to your build account. Please log into your custom build account to download the latest version - with all current updates - at any time.

Upgrades

Enterprise customers can receive an upgrade to the next version of The CopierSecurity Toolkit. This update will be posted to your account automatically, upon release.

Current Enterprise license clients receive all upgrades as part of their Enterprise license. These upgrades are provided free of charge.
