One Enterprise license can be used to securely wipe all the Enterprises devices from the largest server to the smallest USB drive. It can be deployed on over 100 devices on the network simultaneously or can securely erase one USB drive using an unconnected PC in a storage closet. A WipeDrive Enterprise license for one product includes all the management controls needs for Enterprise wide use.

WipeDrive Enterprise Usage License - (Dongle & Cloud Performance)

WhiteCanyon Software offers two WipeDrive Enterprise licensing options that will provide the right fit for your organization. This license provides an individual count of wipes on the WipeDrive dongle or on the WipeDrive Cloud server. The wipes for this license do not expire and provide an XML Log File that can be saved to a USB drive, Network folder, email or MySQL database.

The WipeDrive dongle and cloud server can be re-loaded with additional wipes at any time from our website. CD, USB and Network-bootable versions are available. Updates, Upgrades, and Support provided as long as wipes are on the server or dongle. Wipes are transferrable between the dongle and server & vice versa. Typically used for under 1,000 wipes per year.

Customers can buy any number of wipes and dongles. The quantity/price breakdowns of the wipes are at 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 wipes. A wipe is counted at the end of each successful hard drive deletion.

Enterprise Term License – 1 and 3 Year

 This license provides an activation-free CD, USB, PXE Network, Remote-Wiping and EXE versions of WipeDrive Enterprise. This license provides full duplication rights and multiple location rights within your organization. The WipeDrive Enterprise Site license generates a TXT, XML or CSV log files that can be written to a USB drive, network location, local folder, email or MySQL database. Typically used for 1,000+ hard drive wipes per year.

Evaluation/Demo Version

The WipeDrive 6 Enterprise evaluation version is for testing the WipeDrive software in your environment. The evaluation version will overwrite 10% of each hard drive. It will also provide log files of the wipe. We are happy to provide the CD, USB, EXE and PXE Network-bootable versions for evaluation. Enterprise Updates

Enterprise procedural updates made to WipeDrive 6 Enterprise usually include: hard drive, Q-Logic and Fiber channel driver additions, database logging patches, and workflow enhancements.

All updates made to the software are available to current Enterprise/Usage clients. These updates will be posted automatically to your build account. Please log into your custom build account to download the latest version - with all current updates - at any time.

Upgrades

Enterprise customers can receive an upgrade to WipeDrive 6 Enterprise. If you are running WipeDrive 3, 4 or 5 Enterprise, please contact our Sales Department to upgrade today.

Current Enterprise/Usage license clients receive all upgrades as part of their Enterprise license. These upgrades are provided free of charge.

Custom Build Options

Custom build options are included with both WipeDrive Enterprise license packages. Custom builds provide the ability to streamline the wiping process and eliminate field errors. The builds allow the selection of specific wipe algorithms, log file types, custom fields and log locations. It also removes the activation codes, wipe selection menu and all confirmation messages from the software. This allows the program to be run with the custom set of options every time.
